Abandoned and Junked or Unlicensed Vehicles

Street Parking

On the Town of Landover Hill’s streets, any abandoned, junked, or unlicensed vehicles, including unregistered, no tags, tags that belong to another vehicle, suspended or expired tags, or inoperable or partially dismantled vehicles, are subject to immediate impound.  These vehicles are also subject to parking fines in excess of $200.00.  See Vehicle Release for additional  requirements and fees.

Parking on Private Property

Any abandoned, junked, or unlicensed vehicles, including unregistered, no tags, tags that belong to another vehicle, suspended or expired tags, or inoperable or  partially dismantled vehicles on private property, will be referred to the Town of Landover Hills Code Enforcement Section.
